*If you do not have a current/valid Government issue picture ID; you may bring 2 separate forms in its place
{such as a birth certificate, social security card, insurance card, and/or hunting/fishing license}
*If your ID documentation does not have your current address, you will need to bring address verification
{such as a bill or statement}
